Why I hate the Bobcats

If you enjoy starting shit and taking shit good for you man. I dont and I dont enjoy my family and friends getting abused when we try to go to the cat/griz game in bozeman either.

Like I said in the late 80s me and my family and friends who all are UM fans in missoula were glued to the TV cheering the cats on even though they lost cause they represent US. US being Montanans on the national stage. We were proud of em.

Flash forward 20 years its endless BS and hassles for ALOT of folks when they want to go to bozeman and watch the CAT/Griz game with their friends and families. And not all the BS is just MSU fans, but honestly the vast Majority of it is.

That Bar owner in Bozeman (SPECS) last year who PAID hard cash for a add in the Bozeman paper on the NC game day just to tell the griz to fuk off and cheered on the Villanova team was really the epitomy of LOW. That man doesnt give a crap about Montana, or people like me who grew up there and love it. Thats really the same attitude that many cat fans seem to have, at least the ones who cause so many problems.

If you are willing to take a big crap on people from Montana and like that beating the shit out of others, spitting on them, threatening them (and Officials you dont like), etc then you jump right in with the MSU fans man.

Thats all totally unacceptable IMO though.

hmmmm. if that is really all you took from my post tokyo i think we can be done here. i don't enjoy taking shit or giving shit to anyone, and thought that was very clear by my posts. apparently not. let's try this route and see if we can get on the same page. one of my favorite parts about this board is nearly every thread turns into an all out griz-on-griz bashing. many of you guys over here hate eachother! and you're all supposedly griz fans. so would it be fair to say that not all fans of a team represent one another because you are different? does alpha represent every griz fan out there? cause i heard he was a fat drunk who love ryan leaf.... how about the artist formerly known as djollieballs? does he speak for all of griz nation when he has an opinion? if he does, and all griz fans are represented by a few than i concede my point and i'll leave this discussion alone. however, if it's true that one person or a small group does NOT represent an entire fanbase...then this whole "my fans are classier than your fans" banter every season is pointless. I don't start shit, and i don't talk shit. I let the scoreboard do the talking. I simply smile back, and never had a problem. I'm not going to say you deserved it, but my guess is that when you were "abused" in Bozo you probably were easy prey. They are like maggots, if you let them get under your skin, you'll have problems. With griz envy at an all time high, what do you expect? You think they'll roll out the red carpet for you and your family to stroll right into the stadium? When that happens, i will stop going.
I don't have a problem with the SPECS thing. It's a free country, and that is a CAT bar in CAT country, and if he thought such a campaign would increase revenue, more power to him. there are a lot of fans for both schools who refuse to cheer for the other team under any circmstances. i'm not one of those. I cheer for the cats for every game except one, because it makes for a better griz/cat game. there's nothing cooler than when the conference championship comes down to the last weekend.
You wanna talk about taking a crap on Montana? That would be you with your blasphemy about ending this incredible event while you watch from Japan. More cheese with your whine?

This is getting a little weird and personal. I still just hate the cats on principle. I personally have never had any real problems in Bozangelas, which is odd because I went to school there for 4 years and wore Griz clothes to class everyday. I think the key is just staying out of places that cause Griz fans grief like the R bar. OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH too soon! I also talked to the guy at Specs that placed the ad in the paper and told him to go to hell. He did!

Do you have one in your crapper too? That would be more like it. I truly believe the Griz fans support Montana teams in general much more than kitkat fans do. We want to kick your arse, but if we don't good luck to ya....not so for cat scratchers. Guess that's what years of beat down will do to ya. I've seen more finger pointing F-U's, when they win...than I see when we win.

Bear Axed, you are not part of the solution either. I've had my bad experiences in Bojangles, but I've also seen (and at a time have been) incredibly rude to Boobcats when they were in Missoula. Your avatar, your signature, and everything you post is solely dedicated to the Boobcats. I haven't heard you say a positive thing about our team, but rather you put down the Cats instead. To me, it makes you no better than the exact same Boobcats you put down by even showing up to Egriz. Why not focus on how great the Griz have been, and if you really believe that the Cats are awful, then don't pay attention to them. Pay attention to the upcoming season, how we are ranked #2 to start the season, how our offense will be dominant, how we have a high-class returning QB and RB, and the upcoming schedule.

I went to a game there once and this guy was calling us Weber fans every name in the book while his young son was sitting next to him, I had a plastic bottle thrown at me and we found a lugie? (Im not sure I spelled that right) on the back of my mothers Weber sweater as we were walking out, and getting jeered and taunted as we were leaving, yep Im never going back to that S#@t house known as the Spectrum, cant expect more from students who milk cows during thier fight song.

i agree. last time i was there for a hoops game we needed a police escort to our cars! granted pistol pete (conway) had just ended their season with some serious sharp-shooting but still... that said, i would go back there in a second despite what a horrible experience it was. judging an entire fanbase by the actions of a few is just plain stupid.

ya very true. the game was all but over with less than a minute to go and batteries started hitting the floor. they announced that if anything else was thrown the game would be cancelled and utah state would forfeit. not that it mattered because after the technical shots i think we had like a 12 point lead by then! but sure enough more batteries were thrown and the game was called. at that time there was a lot of back and forth between cat fans and usu fans and it was a little crazy. we all went down on the floor to congratulate the guys and were approached that we'd have an escort both to the bus (players) and to our cars (fans). pretty nutty...

I'm trying and apparently succeeding at Mirroring the typical, pathetic, envious kitten fans emotional rants, jabs, deflections and anti-griz innuendos! How do I do this? I merely restate their statements! I work hard at bad spelling , acting childish and showing a strong feeling of entitlement for respect never earned! None of my stuff is original, it's all stolen from real live bobcat fans. In short, It's very challenging but, also very, very fun! :lol:

It would be difficult for me to move BACK to California since I've been there only twice in my life, for a total of about six or seven days. As I stated before, I was born and raised in Bobcat country, as were both my parents and my grandparents.
