I was raised in Missoula. I love the place. It has twice as many entertaining things to do than any other Montana town I know of. Butte may be second. They do a great job of promoting. The Montana Folk Festival being a prime example. But, every time I am driving home from a visit to Missoula and come up over the hill at Polson I almost always say, "Wow! Oh ya, that's way I live in the Flathead." You can't eat the scenery, but, damn it's pretty.
