This. It's a 6-fold increase in pay and a move to the town where practically his whole family lives. Notice Kent did not say he'd reject the job if it was offered. There may have been no "conversations", but I bet there have been emails. Kent, if the opportunity comes your way, take it. We'd be sad to see you go, but do what's best for your family.

My sense from reading Haslam's comments is that he hasn't been contacted yet, but if he is, he can be there in an hour and a half.
