The actual producer of the video had contacted me after I posted it on YouTube. He said his clients had copyrights to it and that I was imposing on copyright privileges. He demanded that I remove the video immediately or that they would pursue other necessary means. They literally threatened me. I was going to be tough and just leave it there but I decided I didn't want to drama. Anyways I'm happy to still see it out there forthe world to see what a bunch of jackasses these two are.

He can bellyache all he wants, but once its one Youtube, it's fair game as long as you don't alter the content or take credit for its production. Videos are pulled from Youtube all the time and posted to different sites without the permission of the creator.
I think they knew they were in deep shit, not only because they're businesses could be harmed, but also because the credits at the end of the video indicate that Montana State University had a role in producing it.
I seem to remember Michael Becker, Bozeman Daily Chronicle city editor, using his news blog hypercrit.net to ask someone to send him a copy. He seemed very interested in knowing how the video came about, but it vanished before he could find it.

I don't know if they can "make it right." When you run a business you don't get to do things like that. Anything they try makes me feel like they are just trying to get their numbers up. If I can take the 800-1000 my group spends there away and give it to someone who deserves it I know it's not a lot but I hope they learn a lesson. I am done with both of the businesses.
