Griz vs Stanford Wednesday 11/6

Yeah, the freshmen are surprising me with their poise. Defense keeping Griz in the game, since neither team is doing great on offensive end. Griz up 12-9 with 10 to go
 
All the freshmen have played, so guess no one is redshirting this year. (Just Gaskins, in a sense... though he's not a freshman, is he?)

Vasquez, Owens, Anderson, Pridgett and Manuel started
 
Vazquez, Carter-Hollinger and Owens (and Egun for that matter) are really showing they belong on the court with Pac 12 players. Their offensive numbers aren't mind-boggling, but their poise and defense are quite impressive. Going to be great to watch them the next four years.

Vazquez just gets a nice steal and goes in for layup, putting Griz up 20-17 with 6 to go
 
Looking poised so far, little worried about how slender we look, dont see any running backs who can plow to the cup like we have had lately from Cherry to Rorie. We have been such dribble drive team that relies on strength over sheer height to compete inside. Now we have less size and less strength...will be interesting to see what this team shapes into
