Griz top FCS in attendance for second-straight season

Let's be completely honest.

WaGriz is better than the Fargodome, but if you brag about the venue and not product on the field, you are a loser.

You can say that I am a loser for going on another team's forum to talk sh%t, but we are all losers for going on any sports forum and talking sh%t.

The Bison are clearly the best program in the FCS and it pisses you guys off so you call us names. A similar tactic my kids use when they are losing.

sportscenter wasn't held inside the rec center. Shit, it wasn't even held on your campus.

You're trying too hard, 11. The Shitty Stadium Over-Compensation Syndrome is strong in this one.

It might piss some off, but I think the majority of Griz fans respect what ndsu is doing. But, you can't just come on here and bad-mount our stadium. Everyone knows it is among - if not THE - crown jewel of the FCS, even you guys.

You guys have what we want - what we were. I'll take a long position on the Griz, while simultaneously shorting the bizon. Our facility upgrades, unbelievable recruiting efforts, and new leadership in the program are pretty exciting. It's a great time to be a Griz, and we have high expectations for the Program over the next several seasons. We'll see.

The Byzun are a fine team. Might even win an NC someday. Go ahead and laugh but they are THAT good!

No $hit, the number of Wisconsin cities was unreal. Considering how little there is to do in ND it was surprising there were only 2 cities listed.

Well hell, at least we'll be sober in the morning.

Guess those pretty mountains aren't the answer to everything.
After a bit of research, you will come to realize most of those people live in the border towns close to ND. All jokes aside there is a lot of poverty in certain areas which has been a part of that horrible situation-very high among Native Americans. You will also find a complete opposite polls that shows Montana's the happiest and take the great pride in where they live. http://www.businessinsider.com/happiest-state-rankings-2016-1 https://mic.com/articles/88603/the-happiest-people-in-america-don-t-live-in-new-york-or-california#.RU6tMHokI

I guess we could do this all day long.

Anyway, congratulations on your attendance crown. Well done!
Very true, but at the same time, there is at least one Montana City on a top city list every year for the past 20 years. It is hard to beat our National parks, fabulous skiing, hiking, jet skiing, boating, fishing, river rafting, outdoor football with flyovers, scenery, mountain biking-great ride last night etc etc! It is not a fair fight unless you were only competing with the eastern 1/3 of Montana. Great you have a damn good football team, some great people and strong economy or at least you did....It isn't enough to have to live in ND. Montana is awesome!!!

That is nice, but the fact is, Montana leads the nation in alcoholism, and suicide. Must be tourists.

No you are thinking of ESPN College Gameday. SportsCenter was aired live inside the FargoDome last year before the Northern Iowa game.

I can understand your confusion though with all the publicity NDSU has received.

Does anyone else sense that now that the bottom has fallen out of the Bakken the same will happen to the college of UNDSU?

Yep not good and interesting when you break it down which groups are affected. The county I live in is one of the worst for both and yet we live in one of the most beautiful places on earth. I wouldn't be politically correct to break down my opinion, but I will say you cant pay for people to be happy. Its a broke system.

I've lived in both... ND is a sh*thole, true hell on earth. You have to be ok with being bored/drunk 90% of the time or watch grass grow. There is only 1 thing of value in ND and that's oil.

Stationed at Grand Forks AFB for 9 years. Will never go back. Winter is coldest place I could have ever imagine and it last about 9 months. 3 months of warm weather and mosquito's are like birds.

That....and massive amounts of rich farm land. Oil is just a cherry on top for said farmers.

I prefer you guys stay out of ND.

Don't worry your bats of gravy will be just fine. We will leave them be so you can continue to wallow in that stuff. Lived in Fargo and Grand Forks. Good people, hard workers, friendly and nice but that's where any comparison to MT stops. It's the coldest, flattest, most windy, mosquito haven, humid hell on earth. We'd be better off sending the terrorists there as opposed to Guantanomo Bay.
